We’re Hiring a Talented Barista/Waiter!

Join the team at Quince Restaurant & Cafe in Al Barsha 2! We’re looking for a skilled, passionate, and enthusiastic Barista/Waiter to craft high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering exceptional table service and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with consistency and precision.
• Perform manual brew methods including V60 and Chemex.
• Prepare cold brew coffee using proper steeping and extraction techniques.
• Prepare fresh smoothies and juices according to café recipes.
• Welcome guests, present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and provide attentive table service.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Process customer payments and handle cash/POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, dining area, and workstation at all times.
• Ensure proper calibration of espresso machines and grinders.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory control.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Support the team with opening, closing, and general restaurant operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Barista and/or Waiter in a café or restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee extraction and brewing methods (espresso, V60, Chemex, etc.).
• Experience in preparing cold brew, smoothies, and fresh juices.
• Experience in taking orders, serving guests, and handling POS systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, attention to detail, and presentation.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to support colleagues.
