Job Description

  • To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Must comply with the grooming standards of the company
  • To extend a courteous, friendly and professional greeting to guests as they arrive and to thank them as they depart.
  • To make the seniors aware of all guest comments and guest complaints.
  • To be thoroughly familiar with the service standards and procedures.
  • To follow specified procedures to properly set up beach beds and cabanas stations.
  • To ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the beach areas.
  • To set up beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels and to ensure that guests are provided with clean towels, as needed.
  • To fold pack the umbrellas in the evenings.
  • To follow all policies and procedures of the hotel.
  • To immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions.
  • To maintain safety of work areas at all times.
  • To attend all mandatory meetings as directed.
  • To perform other tasks as required /directed

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality
  • Minimum 1-3 years in a four or five star hotel
