Job Description
- To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Must comply with the grooming standards of the company
- To extend a courteous, friendly and professional greeting to guests as they arrive and to thank them as they depart.
- To make the seniors aware of all guest comments and guest complaints.
- To be thoroughly familiar with the service standards and procedures.
- To follow specified procedures to properly set up beach beds and cabanas stations.
- To ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the beach areas.
- To set up beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels and to ensure that guests are provided with clean towels, as needed.
- To fold pack the umbrellas in the evenings.
- To follow all policies and procedures of the hotel.
- To immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions.
- To maintain safety of work areas at all times.
- To attend all mandatory meetings as directed.
- To perform other tasks as required /directed
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality
- Minimum 1-3 years in a four or five star hotel
