Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, monitor, and supervise finishing works for Townhouses and Villas across assigned projects to ensure timely and quality execution
- Ensure finishing works are executed in accordance with approved material submittals, mock-ups, method statements, and workmanship standards.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure proper sequencing and coordination of all finishing trades to minimize delays and interface conflicts.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify defects, non-conformances, and workmanship issues, ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions.
- Coordinate closely with consultants, QA/QC teams, project engineers, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical, quality, and construction-related issues.
- Support snagging, de-snagging, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities to achieve successful client acceptance.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, site safety regulations, environmental requirements, and housekeeping standards throughout project execution.
- Review construction progress against project milestones and escalate critical issues, risks, and delays to management with practical recommendations.
- Maintain accurate site records, inspection reports, progress updates, and documentation related to finishing works.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of finishing standards, construction methodologies, and site supervision practices across projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience within the real estate or contracting industry.
- Extensive experience supervising finishing works for high-end Townhouses and Villas.
- Proven experience managing finishing trades, including:
- Tiling
- Painting
- Gypsum works
- Joinery
- Façade works
- External finishes
- Experience working on large-scale residential developments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of finishing construction methodologies, materials, and workmanship standards.
- Sound understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Strong site supervision, inspection, and coordination capabilities.
- Knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspection procedures, snagging, and handover requirements.
- Ability to coordinate multiple contractors, consultants, and stakeholders simultaneously.
