Job Summary

We are looking for reliable and safety-conscious Bike Riders to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and secure delivery of orders, documents, or parcels while providing excellent customer service and adhering to all UAE traffic regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver orders, parcels, or documents within assigned routes across Dubai.
• Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
• Plan efficient delivery routes to optimize time and fuel consumption.
• Verify delivery details and obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery when required.
• Maintain the assigned motorcycle in good working condition and report any maintenance issues.
• Follow all UAE traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Maintain professional conduct and provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Handle cash collections and payment receipts, where applicable.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, collections, and daily activities.
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams regarding delivery status and any issues encountered.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school certificate or equivalent.
• Valid UAE Motorcycle Driving License (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of riding or delivery experience in the UAE is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and navigation applications.
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
