Job Summary

Experienced Oracle Unifier Subject Matter Expert (SME) with working knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM and integration capabilities to support and enhance enterprise project management systems

Key Responsibilities
1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
2. To support as an SME
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology
6. To review project deliverables.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)

Skill Requirements

Act as the functional and technical SME for Oracle Unifier platform

Need to play a critical role in application support, ticket resolution, system optimization, and integration troubleshooting, ensuring seamless operations across project management, cost control, and financial systems

Configure and maintain: Business Processes (BPs),Cost Sheets, Shell Templates & Project Structures

Ensure proper setup of Workflows, User roles and permissions Document management & governance

Understanding of Scheduling concepts (WBS, Activities, Baselines) in P6 and Integration touchpoints with Unifier

Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure data integrity across projects

Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Resolves very complex customer escalations.

Manage team and ability to effectively communicate between end users and team members
