Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and results-driven Telecaller to join our growing immigration and visa consultancy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our services, qualifying leads, and scheduling consultations with our advisors.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.

Explain and promote our immigration and visa services professionally.

Answer basic client inquiries and guide them through the process.

Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.

Achieve daily calling targets and contribute to monthly sales goals.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).

Additional languages will be considered an advantage.

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to handle objections and follow up effectively.

Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
