Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales and marketing campaigns from conception through execution.
  • Create and manage social media and brand image
  • Manage customer databases and assist with client onboarding and communications.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials and promotional content.
  • Assist in market research and analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Organise and support events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales coordination, marketing, or a related role, preferably within travel or tourism.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, marketing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Hours, Location & Compensation

  • Office based (Sports City, Dubai).
  • Flexible working hours (8 hours per day).
  • Available & willing to answer any urgent emails or messages outside of working hours.
  • Starting salary: AED 13,000-15,000 per calendar month (based on experience) with progression paths and commission opportunities
  • 2 days per month annual leave in year 1 (after probation).
  • 30 days annual leave after year 1.
