Outdoor Media Sales Manager & Executive- UAE DRIVING LICENSE IS MUST

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outdoor Media Sales Manager & Executive to drive revenue by selling outdoor advertising solutions to corporate clients and advertising agencies. The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills, a proven sales background, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

  • Experience in media sales, advertising sales, outdoor advertising, Hard core sales or B2B sales.
  • Experience in building and managing client relationships.
  • Capable to achieve Sales Goals & Sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Meet advertising agencies, corporate clients, and business owners.
  • Prepare presentation, quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Coordinate with operations and design teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) skills.
  • Good understanding of outdoor advertising and media planning.
