We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Marketing Assistant / Business Development Executive to join our growing Labour Supply company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, securing labour supply contracts, and following up on client payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for labour supply services across various industries.
- Meet potential clients to understand their manpower requirements and present suitable labour supply solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close new business deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth manpower deployment and excellent client satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and maintain healthy account receivables.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, and exhibitions when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales or marketing experience in the UAE (experience in labour supply, manpower, construction, or related industries is preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Good knowledge of the UAE market and business environment.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
