About Sunberry Group

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with prior experience in the fruits and vegetables industry to join our growing operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders accurately based on LPOs and purchase requests.
• Generate, verify, and print sales invoices from delivery documents.
• Update, edit, or cancel sales orders with the necessary approvals.
• Enter customer-approved quotations, pricing, and product information into the ERP system.
• Verify invoices and follow up on pending or unchecked transactions.
• Process invoice returns, amendments, and credit requests with proper authorization.
• Maintain accurate records and filing of operational documents.
• Ensure all data entered is accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in orders, pricing, and invoices.
• Respond promptly to authorized internal requests for information.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Previous data entry experience in the fresh fruits and vegetables industry.
• Experience working with ERP or invoicing systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including late evenings and nights.
• Candidates residing in International City, Dubai will be preferred, or should be willing to relocate.
