Job Summary

The Helper is responsible for providing general assistance to skilled workers and supporting daily operations in the workshop or project site. The role includes handling materials, loading and unloading equipment, maintaining cleanliness of the work area, and assisting with fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manual tasks while following company safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians, welders, fitters, electricians, and other skilled personnel with daily tasks.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Clean and maintain the workshop, worksite, and tools.
• Support fabrication, assembly, installation, and maintenance activities as directed.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at all times.
• Perform general labor duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials.
• Report damaged tools, equipment, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor to support project requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in an engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, or construction environment is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
