Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels (calls, emails, meetings, networking, social media, etc.).
• Promote and sell company services including website design, digital marketing, software, and mobile app solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in IT or digital services).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and IT solutions will be an added advantage.

Compensation:

• Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month + Attractive Commission Structure.
