Sales Manager – Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
- Set individual and team sales KPIs and monitor performance regularly
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Analyze sales data, trends, and market conditions to improve performance
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams
- Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures
- Handle major client escalations and resolve sales-related issues
- Train, coach, and evaluate sales team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
