Sales Manager – Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets
  • Set individual and team sales KPIs and monitor performance regularly
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
  • Analyze sales data, trends, and market conditions to improve performance
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Handle major client escalations and resolve sales-related issues
  • Train, coach, and evaluate sales team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
