Location: UAE | Full-time

The role: lead day-to-day site execution across all in-house & Sub team — blockwork, plaster, paint, tiling and finishing — plus the helper pool.

You are the engineer’s hands on site, running multiple trade gangs to programme and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate (block, plaster, paint, tiling) and helpers
• Daily work planning, sequencing, productivity and timesheets
• QA/QC, safety, and materials control on site
• Coordinate subcontractors when deployed; resolve site issues with the engineer

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ UAE site-supervision across multiple trades (block, plaster, finishing)
• Able to run several trade gangs at once and read construction drawings
• Site communication in English + Hindi/Urdu (Malayalam/Tamil a plus)
• UAE driving license preferred
