Role Scope
We are looking for an outgoing and well-connected Local Sales Executive to represent our company in assigned areas, build relationships, introduce our projects, and create new business opportunities through direct networking and field visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned areas and networking locations.
- Build strong relationships with individuals, business owners, investors, and potential clients.
- Introduce the company, its projects, and available real estate opportunities in a professional way.
- Identify potential leads and share client information with the sales team for follow-up.
- Maintain daily field activity reports, including locations visited and connections made.
- Represent the company positively in all meetings, visits, and networking activities.
- Support promotional activities, events, roadshows, and local collaborations when needed.
- Stay updated on company projects, offers, payment plans, and key selling points.
- Create trust and awareness within local communities.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and networking targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- UAE National / Local candidate only.
- Must have a valid UAE driving license.
- Must own a car.
- Comfortable working outside the office most of the time.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Outgoing, talkative, confident, and approachable personality.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Good knowledge of local areas, communities, and social gathering places.
- Ability to build relationships naturally and maintain strong connections.
