Full job description

Driver is responsible for safely operating a vehicle to transport passengers or cargo to their destinations. Key duties include planning efficient routes, performing routine vehicle maintenance, and adhering strictly to all traffic laws to ensure timely and secure deliveries. Core Responsibilities

• Transportation: Safely drive passengers or deliver goods to designated locations on schedule.
• Route Planning: Use GPS and navigation apps to map optimal routes, avoiding traffic and construction delays.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety checks (brakes, oil, tire pressure) and report maintenance needs.
• Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading/unloading cargo or passenger luggage, following all lifting and safety protocols.
• Customer Service: Interact with clients, passengers, or customers professionally, assisting them as needed.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate travel logs, mileage records, and delivery receipts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid License: Appropriate and valid driver’s license for the class of vehicle being operated (e.g., non-CDL, CDL, heavy vehicle permit).
• Driving Record: Clean driving record with no recent traffic violations or at-fault accidents.
• Navigation & Tech: Proficiency in using GPS devices and route-planning software.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to sit for extended periods and lift heavy packages (typically up to 50–70 pounds).
• Time Management: Strong punctuality and the ability to manage strict delivery or appointment schedules.

Pay: AED2,200.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
