We are looking for an experienced General Foreman to oversee multiple construction sites and supervise labor teams across our ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing site operations, coordinating manpower, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations across multiple construction sites.
• Lead and coordinate labor teams to ensure productivity and quality of work.
• Conduct regular site visits in Dubai, Sharjah, and other Emirates as required.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Supervisors regarding project progress and manpower requirements.
• Allocate manpower and resources efficiently across project sites.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and resolve site issues promptly.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on site activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction industry.
• At least 5 years of experience as a General Foreman managing multiple construction sites.
• Proven experience supervising 50–100+ workers.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural, and finishing works.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Dubai, Sharjah, and other Emirates.
• Valid UAE driving licensed is preferred.
