RPM Rent a Car is urgently looking for a Cleaner to oversee and manage operations in our washing area. This role involves leading the cleaning team, ensuring high standards of vehicle cleanliness, and efficiently managing cleaning materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of the cleaning team.
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned and presented to meet company standards.
• Manage and monitor inventory of cleaning materials and tools.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized washing area.
• Train new cleaning staff and oversee their performance.
• Move and park cars as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills (English preferred).
