Job Responsibilities

  • Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to prospective property buyers and investors.
  • Introduce company projects and investment opportunities professionally.
  • Qualify leads by understanding clients’ property requirements, budget, and preferred locations.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Update and manage all customer information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment targets.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken English with a clear, fluent, and professional accent (British or Neutral English preferred).
  • Fluent in Hindi and English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of call center, telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience.
  • Previous experience in Dubai Real Estate or property lead generation is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Candidates currently residing in the UAE with a valid visa will be preferred.
