Job Responsibilities
- Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to prospective property buyers and investors.
- Introduce company projects and investment opportunities professionally.
- Qualify leads by understanding clients’ property requirements, budget, and preferred locations.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update and manage all customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, fluent, and professional accent (British or Neutral English preferred).
- Fluent in Hindi and English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Minimum 1–2 years of call center, telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience.
- Previous experience in Dubai Real Estate or property lead generation is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE with a valid visa will be preferred.
