Full job description

In this role, you will administer and handle the Export Orders in order to fulfil the Company’s obligations to its customers as per the terms and conditions agreed, in line with approved policies, procedures and quality standards.

Key Accountabilities:

Day-to-Day Operations:

  • Operates all required equipment within the section as instructed
  • Tallies and scans Sales Order before dispatch and advises line manager if there are major concerns with shipments
  • Carries out other tasks and duties associated with the accountabilities as instructed
  • Understands and follows the work process and procedures ensuring successful daily operation

Safety, Quality, & Environment:

  • Ensures compliance to all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the section in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude

Related Assignments:

  • Performs other related duties or assignments as directed

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent

Minimum Experience:

  • 1-2 year of experience as Controller
