We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, fluency in Russian and English, and a proven ability to generate and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Provide expert real estate consultancy based on market trends and client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals effectively.
• Monitor market conditions, legal regulations, and pricing strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client communications.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license (Required)
• Fluency in Russian and English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
