Arfeen Real Estate is seeking a capable sales leader to manage and expand our property sales division in Ajman. This role is designed for a professional who can inspire a team, identify new revenue opportunities, and contribute to the continued growth of our real estate operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping sales performance and strengthening client relationships across the market.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales department and oversee daily business activities
  • Set performance objectives and monitor progress toward company targets
  • Create action plans to improve lead generation and transaction volume
  • Support agents in handling negotiations, client management, and deal closures
  • Review sales data and market activity to identify areas for improvement
  • Establish relationships with investors, developers, and strategic partners
  • Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the client journey
  • Coordinate participation in property showcases, business events, and promotional activities
  • Prepare regular performance updates and recommendations for management

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience within the real estate sales sector
  • Previous experience supervising or managing a sales team
  • Strong communication and decision-making abilities
  • Confidence in negotiating and handling high-value transactions
  • UAE driving license and personal vehicle preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, target-focused environment
  • Good understanding of property market practices and sales reporting
