About Hausfit
Hausfit Technical Services LLC is a leading provider of maintenance, renovation, fit-out, and home improvement solutions in Dubai. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive sales growth through outbound and inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Hausfit’s maintenance, fit-out, renovation, and technical service solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients to understand their requirements and schedule site visits or consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Explain company services, promotions, and value propositions professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Stay updated on company services, pricing, and market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
- Experience in maintenance, fit-out, construction, real estate, or home services is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English.
- Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or other languages is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

- Number of outbound calls made daily.
- Qualified leads generated.
- Appointments/site visits booked.
- Conversion rate from lead to customer.
- Monthly revenue generated from telesales activities.
- Customer satisfaction and retention.
