This role is the backbone of our service delivery. If you are organised, good at following through, and take deadlines seriously, this is a role where you will own a complete function. You will report to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the team’s daily/weekly schedule, ensuring every site is serviced within its required time window (SLA)
  • Dispatch field teams and confirm job completion
  • Update and maintain client records in FOGWatch and DMChecked systems
  • Scan, log, and organise all service reports
  • Prepare and submit cleaning reports, picture reports, and service reports to clients and on client portals (e.g. Imdaad, Emrill)
  • Arrange permits, MSRA, calibration inspections, and required training
  • Prepare Project Completion Reports (PCRs)
  • Coordinate with clients on scheduling and service confirmations

Requirements

  • 2+ years in an operations, coordination, scheduling, or administrative role (facilities management / cleaning / maintenance experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail, especially with reporting and deadlines
  • Comfortable coordinating and directing field teams
  • Good written communication for client reports and portal submissions
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; able to learn client systems (FOGWatch, DMChecked) quickly
  • Available in the UAE and able to join [immediately / within notice period]
