Composite Supervisor

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily composite manufacturing and repair activities.
• Lead and coordinate a team of composite technicians.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
• Monitor composite lay-up, vacuum bagging, curing, trimming, and finishing processes.
• Review technical drawings and work instructions.
• Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues.
• Maintain production records and prepare daily progress reports.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, ITI, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in composite manufacturing, repair, or production.
• Good knowledge of fiberglass, carbon fiber, and composite processing techniques.
• Experience in composite lay-up, vacuum infusion, curing, and finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
