Job Description:

  • Manage order processing and sales invoice posting in Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all regions.
  • Apply correct Italian tax codes and VAT treatment (intra-EU vs. extra-EU) when posting Italian transactions, in coordination with Finance.
  • Coordinate daily operations with third-party warehouses in Italy and the USA, including inbound/outbound shipments, stock transfers, and SLA compliance.
  • Liaise with Italian and US-based 3PL partners, freight forwarders, and customs/compliance teams on import documentation, Incoterms, and duty/VAT treatment. Monitor order-to-delivery cycle times and resolve bottlenecks in the supply chain.
  • Partner with Finance to reconcile inventory, sales invoices, and 3PL billing within Dynamics 365.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business, or a related field, with 5–8 years of supply chain/operations management experience, including exposure to Italian and US markets.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in order management, sales invoicing, and inventory control.
  • Proven experience managing international 3PL/warehouse operations, including customs documentation, Incoterms, VAT/tax compliance, and import/export processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across finance, sales, and logistics functions, along with familiarity with AI/automation tools for operational improvement.
