Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow company social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas and strategies.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build online community presence.
Content Creation
- Create high-quality Arabic and English content, including captions, posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos.
- Coordinate and execute content shoots, including photography and videography.
- Design basic marketing creatives using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in social media management and performance marketing.
- UAE market experience is mandatory.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools.
- Experience in content creation, photography, videography, and short-form video editing.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing are an advantage.
