We are looking for a strong Wedding & Event Planner who is able not only to organize beautiful weddings and premium events, but also to communicate professionally with clients, understand their needs, present our services, and close deals.

This role is for someone who loves aesthetics, pays attention to detail, is confident in sales, and wants to grow in the luxury events industry.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and meetings
• Handling incoming inquiries quickly and professionally
• Understanding the client’s needs: event type, date, budget, style, location, and expectations
• Presenting our services and explaining the value of our work
• Preparing proposals and offers together with the team
• Following up with clients and closing deals
• Managing the client journey from the first inquiry until payment confirmation
• Coordinating weddings, engagements, private events, and luxury celebrations
• Working with decorators, florists, suppliers, venues, and other vendors
• Managing timelines, tasks, event details, and quality control
• Being present on event days and supervising the setup and execution
• Maintaining a high level of communication and service with clients
• Updating the client database and reporting on leads and closed deals

Requirements:

• Experience in event planning, wedding planning, sales, or customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to sell premium services professionally without being pushy
• Confidence in closing deals and guiding clients toward booking
• Good taste and understanding of event aesthetics
• Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure
• Comfortable working with high-end clients
• Confident in calls, meetings, and client presentations
• Fluent English is required; Russian or Arabic is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the wedding or event industry
• Experience selling premium or luxury services
• Understanding of the UAE events market
• Experience with CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, Google Forms, Monday, or Notion
• Portfolio or examples of previous events/projects
