Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company safety policies.

* Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.

* Identify hazards and implement corrective actions.

* Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions.

* Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.

* Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices on site.

* Maintain safety records and documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.

✔ NEBOSH IGC Certificate (Mandatory).

✔Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in construction projects.

✔ Strong knowledge of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.

✔ Excellent communication and reporting skills.

✔ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.

✔ UAE experience is preferred.

✔ Immediate joiners will be given priority.
