Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive General Foreman to oversee and coordinate site operations, supervise construction teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive construction experience, and the ability to manage multiple activities on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of foremen, skilled workers, and laborers.
• Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, drawings, and schedules.
• Monitor site productivity and allocate manpower effectively.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Identify and resolve site issues to minimize delays.
• Maintain daily progress reports and workforce records.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly utilized.
• Support project completion within budget and timeline requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and site management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
