Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and secure assigned premises at all times
• Control entry and exit of residents, visitors, and vehicles
• Conduct regular patrols within the property
• Report any suspicious activity or incidents immediately
• Ensure compliance with site safety and security procedures
• Maintain daily logs and incident reports
• Assist in viewing of apartments for prospective tenants when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Security Guard preferred
• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Physically fit and alert
• Valid SIRA or security training certification (preferred, if applicable)
• Ability to work rotating shifts (day/night)
• Strong sense of responsibility and discipline
