Full job description

The Role

  • Provide dedicated administrative and personal support exclusively to the Chairman.
  • Manage and coordinate the Chairman’s daily calendar, meetings, appointments, and reminders.
  • Arrange and manage travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, and other reservations as required
  • Monitor and follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and action items.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Perform additional business and personal tasks assigned by the Chairman as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
