Full job description
The Role
- Provide dedicated administrative and personal support exclusively to the Chairman.
- Manage and coordinate the Chairman’s daily calendar, meetings, appointments, and reminders.
- Arrange and manage travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, and other reservations as required
- Monitor and follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and action items.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
- Perform additional business and personal tasks assigned by the Chairman as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
