The Role
Position Title: F&B Admin Associate
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client: A high-end casual dining restaurant based in Dubai.
Job Description:
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative and operational requirements of the restaurant.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with suppliers and internal teams.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, LPOs, invoices, and related procurement documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding support.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in F&B/Hospitality
- Relevant admin experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
