The Role

A leading educational institution in Ajman is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Sports Activities Supervisors to oversee sports teams, intramural programs, training sessions, and sporting events. The successful candidates will play a key role in promoting student participation, ensuring athlete safety, and supporting the overall development of sports programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise sports tryouts, training sessions, intramural activities, and friendly matches.
• Coordinate and manage sports events, tournaments, and competitions.
• Encourage and motivate students to participate in sports teams and activities.
• Assess the needs and capabilities of sports teams and athletes.
• Supervise sports coaches and assist in contract follow-up and administration.
• Monitor the physical, technical, and tactical development of team members.
• Promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among participants.
