Full job description

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) system and handle cash, card, or mobile payments.
• Accurately process orders and provide receipts.
• Assist in setting up and closing down the truck before and after operations.
• Restock products and keep the truck organized and clean.
• Provide product knowledge and make suggestions to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure all customer orders are fulfilled correctly and efficiently.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, or retail handling standards (depending on the type of truck).
• Assist with inventory counts and reporting discrepancies to management.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate as needed.
