• Operating the motor grader: This involves moving, grading, and smoothing out dirt or other materials.
• Performing daily maintenance: Ensuring the equipment is in good working condition through regular checks and minor repairs.
• Precise grading: Using the grader blade to cut and shape land to exact specifications.
• Safety compliance: Following all safety regulations and protocols to ensure safe operation.
• Collaborating with construction crews: Working closely with other team members to ensure accurate grading and leveling.
• Reading blueprints and plans: Interpreting construction plans to ensure the finished product meets all specifications.
• Maintaining records: Keeping detailed records of equipment usage and maintenance.
