Job Description:

The Steel & Aluminium Interiors Supervisor is responsible for supervising fabrication and installation work related to aluminium and steel interior projects. The role ensures that all site and workshop activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise fabrication and installation of aluminium and steel works (doors, windows, partitions, cladding, etc.)
• Manage site workers and assign daily tasks
• Ensure work is completed as per drawings and project requirements
• Monitor quality control and finishing standards
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and clients
• Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
• Control material usage and reduce wastage
• Track daily progress and report to management

Requirements:

• 4-5 yrs UAE Experience in aluminium and steel fabrication/interior works
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Strong leadership and site supervision skills
• Knowledge of installation procedures and safety standards

-Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

-Understanding drawings and joinery technical details.

-prepare progress claims, variations, and omission reports.
