About the Role: Al Ameen Industries LLC is seeking a neat, proactive, and hospitable Office Pantry Assistant to manage our office kitchen and refreshment services. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a spotless pantry area and providing excellent service to our management, staff, and corporate visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Beverage & Snack Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality tea, coffee, and other requested beverages for staff, management, and VIP guests during meetings.
- Pantry Management: Maintain strict inventory of all pantry supplies (coffee beans, tea, sugar, milk, snacks, and cleaning materials). Create a weekly requisition list to ensure stock never runs out.
- Hygiene & Sanitation: Wash and dry all dishes, mugs, and utensils promptly. Ensure the pantry countertops, sinks, and appliances (coffee machines, microwaves, refrigerators) are deep-cleaned and sanitized daily.
- Meeting Room Support: Set up meeting rooms with water, glasses, and refreshments prior to scheduled meetings, and clear them immediately afterward.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic daily maintenance on pantry equipment (e.g., descaling coffee machines, cleaning water dispensers) and report any malfunctions to the administration.
- General Support: Assist with ordering staff lunches when required and ensure proper disposal of food waste and recycling.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Pantry Boy/Girl, Barista, or in a similar corporate hospitality role within the UAE.
- Knowledge of proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Basic English communication skills to understand staff requests and read supply labels.
- A courteous, positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
- High standards of personal grooming and cleanliness.
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and work efficiently during busy office hours.
