FAST SERVICE CONTRACTING L.L.C is looking for a motivated and organized Arabic Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and manage client communications. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Arabic and English, possess strong coordination skills, and have experience handling customer inquiries, quotations, and sales follow-ups within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients and the sales team to ensure smooth communication.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow-up emails.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM and company databases.
- Schedule client meetings and support sales executives with administrative tasks.
- Follow up with potential clients and assist in closing sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project execution.
- Prepare sales reports and track daily activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
✅ Fluent in Arabic and English (Written & Spoken)
✅ Minimum 2-4 years UAE experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or a similar role
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
✅ Experience in Contracting, Construction, Maintenance, or Technical Services is an advantage
✅ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
✅ UAE Driving License is an advantage (Preferred)
