We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused UAE National to join our Customer Service team.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Manage service requests, callouts, and customer inquiries.
  • Support customers during emergency and safety-related situations with empathy and confidence.
  • Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Follow up on open cases and maintain accurate records.
  • Support customer satisfaction surveys and service improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • UAE National (Family Book holder).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
