Al Burraq Real Estate is expanding and looking for motivated Property Consultants to join our dynamic team in Business Bay, Dubai.
This role is perfect for professionals who are passionate about Dubai’s property market and want to earn high commissions with strong company support.

Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads through networking, referrals, and property portals
* Promote properties across platforms such as
Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle
* Conduct property viewing and client meetings
* Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
* Negotiate property sales and rental agreements
* Prepare real estate documentation (Form A, B, F and tenancy contracts)
* Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and developer launches
* Build long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
Requirements
✔ Minimum 6 months – 1 year UAE Real Estate experience
✔ Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and developers
✔ Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
✔ Target-driven and self-motivated personality
✔ Familiar with CRM systems and property portals
