  • Coordinate daily transportation and delivery schedules for building materials.
  • Assign vehicles and drivers based on delivery requirements and routes.
  • Monitor vehicle movements and ensure timely delivery to customers and project sites.
  • Prepare and maintain delivery notes, transport documents, and trip sheets.
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to arrange dispatches.
  • Track shipment status and provide updates to customers and management.
  • Optimize delivery routes to reduce transportation costs and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, traffic regulations, and safety standards.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules, registrations, insurance, and permits.
  • Verify driver attendance, trip records, fuel consumption, and overtime reports.
  • Handle transportation-related customer complaints and resolve delivery issues.
  • Maintain records of deliveries, vehicle utilization, and transportation expenses.
  • Coordinate loading and unloading activities with warehouse staff.
  • Ensure proper securing and handling of building materials during transport.
  • Prepare transportation performance reports and submit them to management.
  • Assist in negotiating and coordinating with external transport contractors when required.
  • Monitor fleet performance and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed according to customer requirements and project deadlines.
