The Director of Food and Beverage leads the overall strategy, performance, and day-to-day operations of a multi-venue luxury F&B portfolio. This role is responsible for driving commercial results, elevating guest experiences, and ensuring operational excellence across all outlets. Working closely with senior leadership, the Director will shape and implement innovative concepts, strengthen brand positioning, and build high-performing teams that consistently deliver exceptional service standards. The focus is on maximizing revenue, enhancing guest satisfaction, and fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the full Food and Beverage operation, ensuring alignment with brand standards, policies, and strategic objectives
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective cost control, labor optimization, and performance management
  • Develop and execute departmental strategy, including new concepts, menu engineering, and market positioning
  • Monitor guest experience and quality standards, leveraging tools and feedback to continuously enhance performance
  • Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and monthly P&L analysis across all outlets
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards at all times
  • Lead, develop, and engage a high-performing team, including recruitment, coaching, and succession planning
  • Strengthen collaboration across departments while maintaining a strong operational presence
  • Identify market trends and competitor activity to remain innovative and relevant
  • Drive training initiatives to ensure service excellence and product knowledge across teams
  • Manage inventory, systems, and operational audits to maintain efficiency and control
