PLUMBER

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Plumber to join our technical services team. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential villas, apartments, and commercial properties. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of local plumbing codes, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Upgrades: Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures (sinks, toilets, showers) in commercial and residential structures.

System Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance on water systems, including inspecting for leaks, testing pressure, and clearing blockages.

Water Filtration & Heaters: Install and service water filtration systems, water pumps, and electrical water heaters.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose plumbing emergencies and complex system failures, providing accurate assessments and efficient repair solutions.

Compliance: Ensure all installations and repairs comply with DEWA regulations and local UAE building codes.

Documentation: Accurately log materials used, work completed, and time spent on each job using the company’s job management system.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as a Plumber in the UAE or GCC, preferably within a technical services or facility management company.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, using plumbing diagnostic equipment, and working with various piping materials (PVC, PPR, copper, PEX).

Knowledge: Strong understanding of local water supply networks, drainage systems, and DEWA standards.

Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces or challenging weather conditions.

License: A valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.
