Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of bakery experience.
  • Experience with bread, pastry, or viennoiserie production.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare bakery products according to company recipes.
  • Assist with dough preparation, proofing, baking, and finishing.
  • Monitor product quality and consistency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow food safety and HACCP standards.
