Knot Bakehouse is seeking a Commis I – Bakery to assist in producing high-quality breads, pastries, and baked goods while ensuring consistency and efficiency in daily operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of bakery experience.
- Experience with bread, pastry, or viennoiserie production.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare bakery products according to company recipes.
- Assist with dough preparation, proofing, baking, and finishing.
- Monitor product quality and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow food safety and HACCP standards.
