We are seeking an experienced Shop Sales Manager – Fruits & Vegetables to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional product quality in our Fruits and Vegetables shop. The candidate must have hands‑on experience with fruits and vegetables, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Fruits and Vegetables Quality — Inspect incoming stock, ensure freshness, proper grading, and FIFO rotation.
• Drive Sales & Merchandising — Maintain attractive displays, execute promotions, and maximize sales conversion.
• Lead Shop Team — Train and supervise staff on handling, trimming, storage, and customer engagement.
• Control Inventory & Wastage — Monitor stock levels, reduce wastage, and coordinate replenishment with main warehouse / suppliers.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction — Support customers with product knowledge (origin, ripeness, usage) and resolve issues.
• Maintain Food Safety Standards — Ensure hygiene, temperature control, and compliance with safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Large Experience in Fruits and Vegetables retail or wholesale, in United Arab Emirates
• Strong knowledge of seasonality, ripening, grading, and shelf‑life
• Leadership and team‑management skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication skills

Language English and Hindi, Arabic is a plus
