About the Role

Soft Dot Information Technology Network Services Co. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to handle all government-related matters for the company. The PRO will ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws, manage official documentation, and liaise with government authorities to support smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process government-related documentation, including visas, work permits, labor contracts, Emirates ID, and renewals.
• Liaise with government entities such as the Ministry of Labor, Immigration, DED, Municipality, and other regulatory authorities.
• Ensure timely renewal and processing of trade licenses, tenancy contracts, and company-related approvals.
• Track and monitor deadlines for visa expirations, license renewals, and compliance requirements.
• Assist employees with official processes such as medical tests, Emirates ID, and residency visas.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of all government-related transactions.
• Handle notarization, attestation, and legalization of documents when required.
• Stay updated on UAE labor laws, immigration rules, and relevant IT sector regulations.
• Represent the company professionally in all dealings with government officials and authorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience as a PRO in the UAE (experience in the IT/technology sector preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and free zone/mainland regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi .
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with government entities.
• High attention to detail with the ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
