Full job description
- Manage the Founder & CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and client inquiries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Follow up on tasks, projects, and deadlines on behalf of management.
- Receive and manage customer inquiries and orders.
- Coordinate flower arrangements, gift packages, and special requests with the operations team.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, approvals, deliveries, and feedback.
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
- Communicate with flower suppliers, chocolate vendors, gift suppliers, and event partners.
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory requirements.
- Follow up on quotations, invoices, and payments with suppliers.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, corporate gifting projects, and special occasions.
- Support venue coordination, vendor communication, and event logistics.
- Prepare event schedules, checklists, and follow-up reports.
- Maintain records of clients, suppliers, contracts, and business documents.
- Assist in inventory tracking and stock monitoring.
- Coordinate courier and delivery schedules.
- Support the preparation of quotations, invoices, and payment tracking.
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
