Full job description

  • Manage the Founder & CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and client inquiries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Follow up on tasks, projects, and deadlines on behalf of management.
  • Receive and manage customer inquiries and orders.
  • Coordinate flower arrangements, gift packages, and special requests with the operations team.
  • Follow up with clients regarding quotations, approvals, deliveries, and feedback.
  • Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
  • Communicate with flower suppliers, chocolate vendors, gift suppliers, and event partners.
  • Track purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory requirements.
  • Follow up on quotations, invoices, and payments with suppliers.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, corporate gifting projects, and special occasions.
  • Support venue coordination, vendor communication, and event logistics.
  • Prepare event schedules, checklists, and follow-up reports.
  • Maintain records of clients, suppliers, contracts, and business documents.
  • Assist in inventory tracking and stock monitoring.
  • Coordinate courier and delivery schedules.
  • Support the preparation of quotations, invoices, and payment tracking.

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
