Our company is looking for a Back Office cum Project Coordinator with knowledge of AutoCAD.
Applicants without AutoCAD experience will not be considered.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming inquiries
- Prepare, process, and manage quotations with accuracy and attention to detail
- Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable
- Perform administrative tasks including document filing and record keeping
- Process orders via phone, email, or mail and verify pricing, discounts, and product details
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries through efficient communication
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience as a Sales Coordinator or in an administrative role is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and AutoCAD
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required
