Our company is looking for a Back Office cum Project Coordinator with knowledge of AutoCAD.
Applicants without AutoCAD experience will not be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming inquiries
  • Prepare, process, and manage quotations with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable
  • Perform administrative tasks including document filing and record keeping
  • Process orders via phone, email, or mail and verify pricing, discounts, and product details
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries through efficient communication
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience as a Sales Coordinator or in an administrative role is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and AutoCAD
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is required
