Full job description

Core Responsibilities

· Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities and allocate resources to priority tasks.

· Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and systems.

· Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

· Maintain HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, air compressors, pumps, and associated components.

· Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance according to scheduled plans.

· Diagnose faults using technical manuals, drawings, and testing tools.

· Ensure proper lubrication, alignment, and calibration of mechanical equipment.

· Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities or inefficiencies.

· Assist in installation, commissioning, and upgrading of mechanical systems.

· Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports.

· Respond to emergency breakdowns and carry out repairs efficiently.

QHSE Responsibilities

· Comply with all company QHSE policies, procedures, legal requirements and site rules at all times.

· Use required PPE, tools and equipment correctly; report hazards, incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions immediately.

· Maintain good housekeeping standards and keep work areas clean, organized and free from avoidable risks.

· Participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments, safety training, emergency drills and incident investigations as required.

· Protect the environment by minimizing waste, preventing spills and using materials and resources responsibly.

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
